Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Fauji Industries respects the privacy of customers, suppliers and website visitors. This policy explains what information we collect through faujiindustries.com and how it is used when you request a quote or contact our team.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, product interest, approximate project size, timeline and the project details you choose to provide. The site temporarily retains referral and campaign parameters in your browser for the current visit so an enquiry can be attributed to its source. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as an IP address, browser type and request time.

How we use enquiry information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a layout, estimate or quotation.
  • To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about the requested products or project.
  • To maintain business records and protect the website against misuse or spam.
  • To meet applicable accounting, tax, legal or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell enquiry details or use them for unrelated third-party advertising.

Services that process the information

The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to deliver a copy to our designated Gmail inbox. If you continue through WhatsApp, Meta and WhatsApp process the message under their own terms. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, processes request and security data, and provides aggregate cookie-free website analytics. Google processes the internal email copy through Gmail.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits and page views; it does not confirm that an enquiry or order was sent. Our own server also keeps an anonymous tally of how many times the call, WhatsApp and quote buttons are tapped, so we can see which contact option visitors prefer. This tally stores only counts — no IP addresses, cookies or identifiers — and is not shared with any third party, so it works without a consent choice. We do not send the name, phone number, email address or message you enter in the form as analytics event data.

Google Ads measurement

We use the Google Ads tag to help measure visits and actions associated with our advertising. Because our customers are in India, where no opt-in consent law applies to this kind of aggregate measurement, the tag loads and measures by default. Google may receive technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, the page being viewed and ad-click identifiers, and may use first-party advertising cookies. Our tag reports the page’s canonical URL rather than arbitrary enquiry parameters or fragments, and counts quote, call and WhatsApp taps in aggregate.

Personalised advertising, Google Analytics storage and enhanced conversions are not enabled by this integration. We do not pass form names, phone numbers, email addresses or message text through the tag. A contact click or an email-service response does not establish a qualified lead, an order or inbox delivery.

You can reject measurement at any time and still use the complete website, form, call and WhatsApp options. Use Privacy choices in the footer to reject or re-allow measurement. We store this preference in local browser storage for up to 180 days. If your browser blocks storage, the choice may last only for the current page. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps ad measurement off.

Withdrawing consent stops our measurement events, updates Google’s consent state and attempts to remove first-party Google Ads cookies. If the Google tag has already loaded, it may send a consent update or limited cookieless requests until you reload; the preferences panel offers a reload button. Reloading is your choice so unsent form entries are not silently discarded. We cannot delete cookies or information held on Google’s own domains.

See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Cloudflare’s separate hosting/security and aggregate cookie-free analytics are described above; they are not switched on or off by the Google Ads preference.

WhatsApp is a second delivery channel.

The form opens a WhatsApp draft containing your enquiry. You must tap Send in WhatsApp to send it. If the browser blocks the new tab, use the visible Continue enquiry in WhatsApp link. An accepted email request does not guarantee inbox delivery; if there is an error, your entered details stay in the form so you can retry or contact us directly.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete enquiry information that we control, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. You may also choose to contact us directly by phone instead of using the website form.
